Part 1: Content accuracy and completeness of Information

We try to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour/grain reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour/grain as it differs from wood to wood and also by the color of the computer system used by you.

Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We reserve the right to be able to cancel or withdraw an order made online whereby the pricing or information is not accurate or the product has been added to the online store in error.

Any additional information shared on this Site is for informational and educational purpose only. Please do consult your physician for more information specific to your individual needs if there is any medical concern.

Part 2: Product Care and Safety 

Products are made for indoor use only. Although the design of our products is created with kids usage in mind, it is highly recommended that kids are playing under adults supervision. We are not liable for any injuries that may be caused directly or indirectly during the usage of the items. Usage of the products on top of a laid flat carpet/sponge is highly recommended. Please ensure all screws and/or nuts are tightened from time to time. However, do not overtighten as to prevent thread damage.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Unicraft & Decor. Unicraft & Decor has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Unicraft & Decor shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Part 4: Additional Payment

Some additional request and postage area may require additional payment. The order will only be processed once the additional payment has been verified.

Part 5: Postage/Delivery

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address, which you provided for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then, there may be a charge for posting it out again. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient.  We are unable to amend or combine orders which are separately made after the order was made. Please do check the details before placing/confirming the orders.

We will process and arrange the products for postage/delivery within 2-3 working days(Monday-Friday) upon payment verification. You are to check the items received within 2 days upon receiving as the courier liability is only 2 days upon delivery.

Part 6: Exchange or Return

Please get in touch with our team if you are not completely satisfied with the product. If the error is from our side, we will be happy to arrange for an exchange, provided the item returned to us is in the condition that you received in 5 working days. The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us and we will not be held responsible if the item is damaged/lost during transit.

As items are made from natural wood, the colors, grains and patterns will differ from piece to piece. Knot is an original feature of wood. Unless it poses structural integrity issues; it will not pass our production stage(It might or might not appear in your product). Thus, grain, knots, color differences, burls and/or mineral streaks are actually unique and not considered as product/wood defect.

Orders made are not refundable. Unless for special/isolated cases, the order can be exchanged to items similar/higher in value. If not, the payment shall be stored as store credit.

In the special case of refund, buyer will be refunded of a value after processing fee deduction, which varies from 2% to 8%, depending on payment mode.

Part 7: Warranty

We have a 3 months warranty for product defect(crack/broken) with INTENDED USAGE or LOAD. In case defect occurs, we will replace the defective part/component. Products are for INDOOR usage, we are not liable for any defect due to weather conditions when placed outdoors.
