Shipping
- Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Malaysia and Singapore. For East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) orders, sea shipping needs to be arranged manually. Otherwise, standard shipping will be by air. Do contact us for bulk order/purchase in case special arrangements need to be made.
Delivery to Malaysia
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Generally, postage within Peninsula Malaysia takes 2-5 days to reach. Sea shipping to East Malaysia takes longer time; 3-6 weeks, by air around 2-5 days. Do let us know if it is an urgent order, we will be happy to help within our capability.
- How can I get updates on the status of my order?
All standard delivery orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days upon verification of payment for Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia. Once despatched, we will send you a Despatch Confirmation via email together with your postal tracking number.
- How are the products delivered within Peninsula Malaysia?
Products are usually fulfilled by courier within Peninsula Malaysia unless requested/stated otherwise. Since the product is fulfilled by courier, we are unable to set exact delivery date.
- What happens if product is damaged during shipping?
Buyer is to contact Unicraft & Decor within 2 working days to let us know on the issue with pictures and/video. Since the shipping is by a third party, we will try to resolve the issue together as soon as possible.
Delivery to Singapore
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery to Singapore customers will be within 7 working days for ready stock items.
Delivery to Singapore customer will be made once all items are ready for shipping. Customers will be notified via email once the logistics provider picks up from Unicraft & Decor. Usually, items will be delivered the next day upon pick up.
Scheduled delivery to Singapore customers on a preferred date can be arranged free of charge, if required (subject to availability). Just leave a remark on your preferred date during checkout. However, we will not be able to schedule the exact time for the delivery as the logistics company needs to attend to many addressees during delivery day.
Return
Please get in touch with our team if you are not completely satisfied with the product. If the error is from our side, we will be happy to arrange for an exchange, provided the item returned to us is in the condition that you received in 5 working days. The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us and we will not be held responsible if the item is damaged/lost during transit.
All return/exchange open issues shall be resolved in 30 days' time from date of receipt. If return/decision is not made after 30 days, issue is automatically considered resolved and closed.
In the event that products need to be returned due to buyer's error, all return products should be made physically by buyer at our shop at buyer's own cost. Approval for return of products is at Unicraft & Decor's discretion after inspection is done on the product. The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition.
As items are made from natural wood, the colors, grains and patterns will differ from piece to piece. Knot is an original feature of wood. Unless it poses structural integrity issues; it will not pass our production stage(it might or might not appear in your product).
Thus, grain, knots, color differences, burls and/or mineral streaks are actually unique and not considered as product/wood defect.
Orders made are not refundable. Unless for special/isolated cases, the order can be exchanged to items similar/higher in value. If not, the payment shall be stored as store credit.
